appropriately placed ventilators provides good air circulation within the rooms.

I booked my flat on 6th floor in SUN Elegance around February 2009 and at that time I think, 
4th floor roofing was going on. The flat was attractive since its location was near to my office, placed in a quiet ambience at the same time it is only at walkable distance from the nearest bus stop and other usual amenities. After completion ‘Key handing over ceremony’ of the flat took place on 4th Nov 2010. Considering the difficulties such as shortage of river sand, or sudden escalation of labor charges etc felt by any one constructing a house in our State during this period, this is a commendable achievement by Sun Projects, that they have completed the project in reasonable time. I am generally happy with the quality of construction. To add further, I got registered my flat in my name around two months back after obtaining TC number. We got water connection also now from water authority. I understand from my colleagues in my office that these are not simple things as there are many people who have bought flats in the city, staying in them for more than a year, and yet they have not reached this stage. To me, this is more than enough to show the professionalism and sincerity of this company.
Hope, their good service and support will follow in the coming years and me and my family will have a peaceful stay in SUN Elegance.

The choice of the site for Sun elegance was excellent as it is located in a calm and 
serene locality away from the urban congestion ideal for community living with proximity to essential amenities nearby. The layout and plan of the apartment was excellent with effective utilization of given space. During the construction of our apartment, we were very happy about the quality and pace of progress. Sun projects could maintain their time lines very well and could deliver the apartment more or less as per their commitment including registration of the property, which is to my knowledge was the best when compared. The cooperation, timely attention and hospitality of the marketing and service team are also worth commendable. Owning an apartment in Sun elegance according to me is a good deal taking into consideration the locality, facility and quality of service provided and present going rate.
