Mr.Sajeev V., Founder & Managing Director
With more that 21 years of industry experience and an immaculate track record in the construction field in the UAE and India, Mr.Sajeev is committed to providing a broad spectrum of construction solutions, by adopting innovative technologies for ensuring qualitative works and timely delivery of projects. He spent a decade in Dubai undertaking various construction and contracting works, before moving to India. He completed several contracts for the Government and private bodies as an ‘A’ class contractor, executing a wide range of public works. He launched his first major apartment complex, Sun Sapphire at Kesavadaspauram, a prime location in the heart of Trivandrum in June 2007. The apartments were sold out within a month. The structure was completed and the apartments were handed over in December 2008.
