I wish you all a very bright and prosperous New Year!
The year just passed was a fantastic one, for Sun Projects. We are extremely grateful to all our Clients, Well-wishers and Friends for having extended the necessary support, co-operation and the invaluable blessings.
We are proud to announce the completion and handing over of “Sun Elegance Apartments” at Poojapura, Trivandrum in the month of November 2010. It is to be noted that, this project was conceived, launched and completed during the period of severe recession. This aspect alone can vouch for our commitment and credibility.
Our Villa project at Pulayarakonam named “Sun Gardens” is also well progressing. A new Apartment project named “Sun Royal” was also launched in the month of April 2010, near Kariyavattom Junction, adjacent to NH 47.
We greeted 2011 by launching two more Villa Projects aptly named “Sun Hessonite” and "Sun Pearl” within the city limits of Trivandrum – Pongummoodu & Ulloor.
The month of January 2011 has another reason for us to rejoice - we were conferred with the prestigious ISO 9001-2008 certification, which stands testimony for the quality of our construction and the level of customer satisfaction.
We just don’t BELIEVE in Quality, but ENSURE the same, in each and every stage and aspect of construction, since we aim at converting a customer into a proud owner of our creations.
We shall always strive to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction, through dedicated efforts and continuous up-gradation of technology by adapting to and implementing the latest techniques best suited to create a unique ‘Home’.
Taking the overwhelming response we received for the “Sun Elegance” project as the base, we are confident about the success of our new ventures.
